The digital world and atypical work: Perceptions and difficulties of teleworking in Hungary and Romania

IT solutions have been transforming the world of work, albeit with varying intensity, for decades. They affect, among other things, organisation work structures, employment patterns and working time. Solutions such as artificial intelligence (AI), business (BI), robotic process automation (RPA), workflow, mining, etc. are now a daily reality in corporate sector, be it physical or mental work. However, spread digital across organisations, spaces sectors is uneven. Can impact this uneven observed employment, especially atypical forms employment?
